Meal Planning - Week 2

Sunday - Cheddar and Onion scalloped potatoes, roast chicken and snow peas

Monday - Chili, brown rice, whole wheat buns

Tuesday - Peanut Butter and Grape Jelly sandwich on whole wheat, glass of milk and a banana

Wednesday - Grilled asparagus, zucchini, mushrooms, red peppers and onion, seasoned pork steaks, steamed potatoes

Thursday - Tortellini in spicy red pepper sauce, ceasar salad and garlic toast

Friday - Grilled salmon, asparagus and spinach, rice pilaf

Saturday - Probably pizza or burgers
