Okay, so looks like I have a bladder infection...will find out this afternoon but my lower back and tummy are killing me, i'm going to the bathroom constantly and just achy all over.
The worst part is i'm unable to even go for walks due to the terrible achy pain in my lower back, it's unbearable!! I feel like a big wimp but wowza, the heating pad isn't even helping now. I'm trying to drink lots of water, have no appetite and am tired.
Off to sleep in the bathroom with my sippy cup and blankie ;-)

Definitely have an infection of some type, he suspects bladder but was concerned about white or red somethings and was sending the sample to the lab to confirm and test for something else (for the life of me can't remember right now.) Cranberry juice (not cocktail) water, rest, rest, rest, not hot baths, etc.
$60.00 later and i'm home with drink, heating pad, pillow, blankie and going to see what's on for movies.

Quizzes - something light for a rainy day!
| You Are a Blueberry Margarita |
Honestly, there's no one quite like you. And believe it or not, most people think that's a bad thing! You're open, wild, friendly, wacky, and tons of fun. You have a big personality... and a big heart. |
| You Are An ESFJ |
The Caregiver You are sympathetic and caring, putting friends and family first. A creature of habit, you prefer routines and have trouble with change. You love being in groups - whether you're helping people or working on a project. You are good at listening, laughing, and bringing out the best in people. You would make a great nurse, social worker, or teacher. |

A new fan!
So i've heard of Kellie Pickler and one of her songs but man, this one hit gave me goose bumps. You can truly feel the depth of her emotion, such a powerful, personal song and so beautiful!

Chicken in spinach cream sauce
CHICKEN BREASTS WITH SPINACH AND CREAMSAUCE
6 chicken cutlets (I used skinless, boneless chicken breast)
1 c. water (I actually added more water for more sauce)
2-3 celery stalks, chopped
1/2 - 1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach (I used fresh spinach - 2 cups)
1 c. cream (I used 1% milk and used more then the 1 cup as the sauce was way to thick)
Cook chicken in 1 cup water with celery, onion and salt for 20 minutes.
Reserve 1 cup of the broth.
Melt butter. Stir in flour, pepper, broth and cream until thickened and bubbly.
Remove from heat.
Stir in Parmesan cheese.
Stir 1/2 cup of cream sauce into spinach.
Place chicken breasts on top and cover with rest of sauce.
Bake 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes uncovered.

Bargain shopping!
Shari and I went swimming today and then headed to Overwaitea for the $10 shopping bag deal on cookies and rice cakes. Well I managed to get 6 packs of mini rice cakes, 6 packages of various cookies, a box of animal crackers and 8 packages of Vanilla ice cookies....all this for $10.00!!!!
Hal and I saw this in the OWT flyer friday night when we were doing our grocery list and then Sirena posted it on the Biggest Blogger site so that was a good reminder. Hal said not to bother but I know my man and his sweet tooth and I really wanted the mini rice cakes for snacks. I love making him homemade cookies but they only last such a short time for the work so this is a good change.
If you haven't made it to your Save On or Overwaitea and you want a good bargain....$10 to fill a bag with as many cookies/rice cakes as you can!
Hugs and have a happy week,
Pen
